At Vivid Mind Productions, we take great pride in delivering high-quality design and printing services. Since many of our products and services are custom-made to your specifications, our refund and return policy differs from those applied to standard retail products. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how refunds and returns are handled for our design and printing services.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Custom Design & Printing Services
All products and services provided by Vivid Mind Productions are custom-designed and printed according to the specifications provided by the customer. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final once production has begun.
2. Cancellations
2.1 Before Production Begins
You may cancel your order before the production process begins. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been confirmed and production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
If your order is eligible for cancellation before production, we will issue a full refund.
2.2 After Production Begins
Once your design or printing order enters the production phase, cancellations are no longer accepted. This includes any print/digital jobs, design work, or custom print services that have already begun production.
3. Refunds
We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:
3.1 Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or printed incorrectly due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will request photos of the damage or error, and we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement based on your preference.
3.2 Incorrect Items
If we send you the wrong product (for example, a different item, design, or quantity than you ordered), please notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with you to correct the issue and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
3.3 Customer Errors
Refunds are not provided for customer errors such as mistakes in the artwork, text, or order details submitted. We encourage you to double-check all proofs and details before approving them for production. Once approved, any errors are the responsibility of the customer.
3.4 Refund Process
If a refund is granted, we will process it through your original payment method. Refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of our services, we do not offer exchanges unless the error was made on our part. If we made an error in printing or processing your order, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
